SCENES FROM MY WEEK NUMBER 3

May 11, 2018

I strive to keep my blog authentic and positive for the most part, but honestly the last two weeks have been down right awful.  I feel like I am an accident waiting to happen.  Without going into to much detail (the last thing I want to do is seem like I am complaining), my car was broken into Monday a week ago.  My wallet and bag containing my computer, iPad, planner (my life), all my Kate Spade office goodies, and my SD disk with my current pictures was taken and I was left with a smashed passenger door window.  I never leave things in my car for fear of this very thing happening.  And, to make it worse it happened right in front of my home.  Over the course of the last two weeks I’ve been slowly replacing things, stopping credit card theft, dealing with insurance, and handling identity theft.  This event was just the tip of the iceberg, and for the last two weeks it seems like I just can’t get a break.  I know far worse things have happened, and others are dealing with much worse, but nonetheless I haven’t felt the creativity to blog or do much else for that matter.  Thankfully, I am surrounded by some pretty amazing people in my life like my parents, my husband, and friends.  I can honestly say that without them in my life these past two weeks would have been unbearable.  Here’s to better things to come!
