I cannot thank you enough for being a part of the Chic Ideology community this year. I started this blog three years ago as a creative outlet, and this year my blog grew to over 20,000 views. That is a huge accomplishment, in my opinion. I feel so lucky that I have this space to release my creativity and share it with all of you.
Goodbye 2019
Last year was a year filled with a lot of changes and some serious heartbreaks. I am honestly very happy to say goodbye to 2019. But before we jump into this new decade, here is a look back at my top posts from 2019.

Hello 2020
Well, I’m so excited that it’s a new decade. I love a fresh start. And it’s the 20’s again. I wonder if they will be just as Roaring as the 1920’s? I sure wish being a flapper girl was still a thing. I’ve always wanted to channel my inner Daisy Buchanan from one of my favorite books, The Great Gatsby.
What I’m Adding
Looks like my recipes were a big hit last year, and because of that I’m looking to add one recipe a month moving forward. In addition to more recipes, I will have a monthly design-related post, a pet-focused post, a travel post, and a DIY project each month; posting on a weekly schedule. In addition, I will also be incorporating more seasonal posts, including my reading list, month-in-review posts, and our seasonal bucket lists. So many fun things to look forward too! Oh, and there is a new little furball in our family to introduce you all to.
